Ms. Madrigal’s career began in the USA in 1992, specifically in the Business Development arena, when she was recruited to assume senior level roles on behalf of major Hotels, Airlines and Financial Institutions.

Through her diligent work ethic, Ms. Madrigal amassed an impressive book of business clients to include Heads of State, Fortune 100 and 500 CEO’s, Entrepreneurs, Film and Television Entertainers, as well as high net-worth investors.

In conjunction with her business development efforts, Ms. Madrigal has been a long time VP of Operations for a financial institution. Her extensive client base has included prominent community leaders from the medical and legal professions where she has advised them in the areas of investment and wealth management. She successfully managed operations during a period of rapid growth, scaling processes and resources to meet demand.   In addition, she mentored and developed team members, enhancing productivity and retention through effective leadership and training programs.
