Ms. Vela presently resides in Switzerland, but will soon be moving to Rwanda to help organize and coordinate all the in country operations of Kinigi Energy Rwanda . Ms. Vela help to bridge the three continents by bringing investments from the United States of America, Europe to Africa to create jobs and empower the communities.
